Can we Drive in and pick up in person?

You are more then welcome to drive in to pick up your new baby. (We are in Lamar, MO, 64759).

What is ground Delivery?

We have Trusted ground delivery companies that will transport to most areas for an extra $300.00-$500.00. Depending on your location.

We have payment set up on home page via PayPal or you can call with credit card information.. Louis are usually on a Tuesday evening.

Who do you use for your Air Transportation? 

For air we use Airbound Pets Courier Service to transport the puppies to the airport.  Our puppies ship out of Kansas City and are most often shipped via American Airlines.  Our flights are booked for Friday's only at this time.

What does a flight normally cost?

 Shipping is an additional $400.00 for small puppies and $550.00 for a large breed puppy with American Airlines. This price includes the flight and the kennel your puppy will come in.  The kennel is yours to keep. It is most generally a good size to begin crate training during the night.

When do I get my puppy paperwork?

All of the paperwork will be attached to the kennel in a clear plastic bag.

 *PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY* 

The bag will contain your puppies baby book- a health certificate, vaccination/deworming records, registration papers (if applicable) and rabies certificate/tag (if puppy is 12 weeks or older).
When will you give us the flight information?

 We usually receive your flight information back the week before your  puppy is to ship.  We will forward to you via an email or text.  Please respond back letting us know you received it.  The email will contain information on where to pick your puppy up, if you still aren't sure, please contact the airport for additional information.  You will need your picture I.D. and we also recommend taking a copy of the flight information when you pick up your puppy from the airport.
What If my flight is changed?

 Occasionally, there are changes in flight schedules due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, mechanical issues, etc.  Please track your puppy's flight at www.aacargo.com.  This may save you an unnecessary trip to the airport or an extended wait once there.  Refunds will not be provided for delays or postponed flights.
 

 Rarely, your flight may even be postponed to the following week if extreme temperatures or weather conditions are being experienced at any of the airports involved.  Most often, these changes occur prior to the puppy leaving us and you will be notified immediately.  

How old does my puppy have to be to come home?

Puppies are ready at 8-9 weeks of age. There will be a $100.00 a week boarding charge added to any Reserved puppy who stays past their pick up time frame. 

How do we pay?

We have payment set up on home page via Paypal or you can call with credit card information.

Deposit will reserve your new baby and then remaining balance is due when we email you Travel information. 

What does my puppy eat?

We feed Nutrisource Small/Medium breed puppy food. (see Resource page for details)
