Puppies With Personality Health Guarantee

To the best of our knowledge, this puppy is free from any health defects and is the best pet quality we have to offer.  There is no guarantee as to adult size, temperament, ability to breed or show potential. Our puppies are sold as Pet only, limited Registration.

All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian and are issued a State of Missouri Health Certificate before they ship and are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.

This guarantee does not include Coccidia, Respiratory Disease or Giardia, which are common in puppies that are transported and usually associated with stress surrounding transportation and a new home.

New pet owners are required to have pets examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days after puppy's arrival (At buyer's expense).  If the puppy has any health problems, the new owner must notify and provide Veterinary letter detailing condition and make arrangements to return the puppy within 7 days from the purchase date at the purchaser's expense.

Vet bills and or medications are not covered in this guarantee.  All veterinary expenses will be the responsibility of the Buyer from the date of birth which would be life threatening.  We will not honor any claim given on any hernia's (inguinal and/or umbilical) diagnosed by a licensed vet after 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example:  Allergies, thyroid dysfunction, and other autoimmune disorders that are similarly not covered by this guarantee.  Likewise certain ailments that are normal to most puppies or caused by seasonal conditions such as but not limited to, the common cold, are not covered by this guarantee and are considered normal puppy ailments.

If within 12 months from the date of birth, your puppy is diagnosed by your veterinarian as having a debilitating hereditary condition, and in your veterinarian's opinion prevents your puppy from serving you as a companion pet, we will replace the puppy with another one of the same breed, when we have one available.  We must be notified immediately if your puppy is found to have any life threatening congenital condition.  Claims must be accompanied by 2 unassociated veterinary reports, with full explanation of the problem, lab test required, medications given, etc., and must be received in our office within 10 days of the first Veterinary visit of the hereditary problem.  All veterinary bills are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of death of the puppy, the buyer (at Buyer's expense) must provide the seller a letter stating cause of death from the attending veterinarian along with a copy of an necropsy report.  If cause of death is found to be due to congenital medical condition, a replacement puppy will be issued with no cash refund.

Contract is valid to the original buyer only.

Seller has done everything possible to produce a healthy, sound puppy in regards to diet, exercise, vet care and socialization.  Puppies must be given follow-up vaccinations in order to have full immunity and also de-wormed regularly.  We will not be responsible for aliments resulting from obesity, malnutrition, neglect, abuse, dehydration, starvation, stress or lack of proper vet care including regular vaccinations.
